About the Project
With my collection of Field Notes brand notebooks growing, I wanted to house them some place other than in a desk drawer. This wall cabinet is the perfect compliment to the Field Notes notebooks and embodies the functional beauty that I was intending.
The inspiration for this piece is a Shaker wall cabinet.
Material(s): white pine, milk paint
Dimensions: 20 tall, 16″ wide, 5.5″ deep (inlcudes hanging rails)
Finish: Deep Sapphire from Real Milk Paint Co. on the face and sides, Garnet Shellac topcoat throughout
